I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Julia since I lived in ID and was moving back to CA for my job and was looking in an area that I was not familiar with. Julia listened to what I was looking for and proceeded to search for the perfect home for me as well as looking at several I had sent her from real estate listings that I found. I made one trip out here prior to my move and we looked at my short list and I made an offer on the home that was at the top of my list then flew back to ID. Unfortunately, after the home inspection there were many things that needed repair, so I chose to pull out of that transaction. Julia then found an incredible home for me based on her knowing my needs, and we did a couple of video walkthroughs and I placed an offer, having never seen the house in person. To do that and be happy with the home you bought you have to be working with a wonderful realtor who knows what you are looking for and who is a tough negotiator and has your back and interests at heart. I would highly recommend her as a selling or buying agent as she works hard for her client, she will listen to your needs, and she will make sure you get the best deal possible. I had the good fortune to have my buyers represented by Julia. As I settle into my new home my respect and admiration for her has only grown. She repeatedly proved herself to be honest, kind, straight-forward and most professionally discreet throughout a prolonged and difficult negotiation. One of the difficulties was the conduct of my agent, but I did not find that out until well after escrow closed. When she first came to see my condominium, we had the chance to chat briefly. I asked her for her card simply because her manner was, well, unlike most agents I had met and would meet. My sense of her unique abilities would be proven to be very solid. I should say here that she was representing a couple who lived on the east coast, who, because of the pandemic, would never be able to set foot in the place that they would actually buy. (They have finally been able to visit it and love the place and the building—a pleasure for me to hear and what must have been a relief to Julia.) And here is where she was simply peerless in her patience, persistence and single-minded determination to represent her client’s interests. She learned everything she could about the unique property, the HOA, the features and the quirks. She deftly managed to close the deal and work through my excruciatingly difficult pandemic-infused move after a 30-day rent-back. She was always kind and patient to me (despite my causing a few considerable frustrations), but what so struck me about her was her diligence and focus on their behalf. I cannot say enough about that. Nor can I say that about the entirety of my experience with my agent, which spanned many challenging months before Julia appeared. I have since recommended her to two people who are contemplating listing their homes. I rarely do that or write about it to strangers—I am just absolutely confident that you should meet her, if not list with her.
